Abstract:
winsock2.h is a header file which contains networking functionality for
Windows. As its name would suggest, there was previously a 'winsock.h' that is
automatically included by windows.h and that can cause conflicts. winsock2.h
and windows.h must be included carefully in order to avoid these conflicts.
