Abstract:
The use of enhanced metafiles allows you to easily scale and rotate graphics to 
fit any client area.  This can be very useful in applications where maintaining 
a scale is not important, or when a window is going to be frequently resized.  
Converting your document to a vector based form can easily solve many of these 
problems.
